The interested party may request the list of external subjects who carry out their activity as privacy managers, just appointment specifically conferred by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 28 of the Reg. UE 2016/679.
Nature of the contribution
The provision of data is optional. Any refusal will make it impossible for the owner to respond to the requests made by the interested party.
Processing methods, data retention and security measures
The data will be processed with the aid of electronic or automated means, kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case in compliance with the terms of the law.
Exercise of rights
You can exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time (right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their treatment, right to data portability) specifically provided for by Chapter III of the 2016/679 European Regulation.
If you notice a violation of your rights, you can contact the competent supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
